Minotti Fynn is a solid teak family by GamFratesi that mixes Scandinavian values with Italian workmanship. The armrest sets the line
Start with the armrest. It is long, slightly bowed and rounded until no hard edge remains, and it is finished by hand. That single profile is copied into the legs and side rails of the dining table and into the rounded ends of the coffee table tops, which is why a Fynn set looks drawn by one pen. The rectangular table top is built from teak staves and comes in two sizes.
The seats are open frames laced with a wicker-look cord in a mud brown tone. A padded seat and back, made as one cushion, rests on the lacing. The bench uses the same cord under its cushions. Teak holds up to sun and rain without paint, and if it is left unoiled it turns a soft silver gray. Cord laced across a frame also dries fast after a summer shower, so the chairs are ready again quickly.
GamFratesi applied indoor cabinetmaking methods to outdoor furniture here, which shows in the joints and the smooth finish. For a dining terrace, set the table with the chairs with armrests and add a bench on one side. Among Minotti dining tables, Fynn is the lighter-looking choice, with a slim structure that keeps a small courtyard open.
